The Dongfeng Box, also known as the Nammi Box, is a compact electric city car from the Chinese manufacturer Dongfeng, introduced in Europe in 2024. At 4.02 metres long, it sits in the B segment, competing directly with models such as the Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-C3 and the upcoming electric Renault 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Equipped with a 95 hp (70 kW) electric motor and a 42.3 kWh battery, the Dongfeng Box offers a range of up to 310 km on the WLTP cycle. Its top speed is limited to 140 km\/h, making it ideal for city and suburban trips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The interior of the Nammi Box stands out with a modern, clean layout, including a 12-inch central touchscreen for the infotainment system, complemented by a 5-inch digital instrument cluster. The front seats can be folded completely flat to create a level surface, adding to the versatility of the interior. The boot offers 326 litres, expandable to 945 litres with the rear seats folded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In terms of safety, the Dongfeng Box has 11 driver-assistance systems, including vehicle stability control, tyre pressure monitoring and automatic headlight adjustment, ensuring a safe and comfortable driving experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
